Refund Policy

1. General Information

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the product, you are, of course, entitled to do so.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Our customer service department will review your request individually and send you further instructions if your return is approved.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:
- be unused,
- be in perfect condition,
- be complete (including accessories, manuals, and documentation),
- be in the unopened original packaging.

Important:
Returns are not possible if the original packaging has been opened or damaged.

3. Additional Restrictions
Chillmigrena reserves the right to refuse returns for valid reasons – in particular, if:

- the above conditions are not met,
- there are visible signs of use,
- or there is a suspicion of abuse of the right to return.

4. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Chillmigrena does not cover return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the goods to avoid damage during transport. Improperly packaged returns may be rejected.

5. Hygiene and health protection – sealed goods

Pursuant to Article 16(e) of the EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, certain products are excluded from the right of return if they have been unsealed after delivery:

🔹 "Sealed goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return are excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery."

👉 Specifically, this means:

- Returns are not possible if the packaging has been opened or the product has been unsealed.
- Returns are only permitted if the goods are sealed and unopened.

6. Excluded Items – Special Offers and Discounted Items

Products on sale or sold as part of special promotions are generally excluded from returns and exchanges, except in cases where defects can be demonstrated:

🔹 "Exchanges or returns are excluded in the case of special promotions, discount campaigns, or sales."

👉 This applies in particular to:

- sale items,
- items with a discount code,

📌 Exception: In the case of proven material defects, the statutory warranty right applies in accordance with §§ 437 ff. BGB.
